Session payments are due at the time of each session.  Please contact us with any questions.

PRIVATE PAY       - no referral necessary
You may pay for your therapy services privately if we are not in network with your particular insurance plan.  For your convenience we accept all forms of payment:

  • HSA - Health Spending Account cards

Please contact your health insurance provider to discuss eligibility and reimbursement requirements. Services may be subject to a deductible, co-insurance or co-payment as per your insurance policy.  In addition, please ask about whether or not you need a referral from your primary care physician prior to receiving services.  Core Communication Center is not responsible for denials or insurance claims, and clients are responsible to pay for services rendered.

We are an "in-network" provider through most insurance plans.  Please contact us regarding your specific insurance plan.

First Visit

   1.  Insurance Card

   3.  Intake Packet (Adult or Child)



Please bring what your child needs to be comfortable; no food or drinks allowed due to allergies.
