If you are here for pediatric swallowing therapy, please refer to the specific checklist of items to bring to support a positive experience.

Please take note of our cancellation policy.  24 hour notice for cancellations required.  

Session payments are due at the time of each session.  Please contact us with any questions.

Services may be subject to a deductible, co-insurance or co-payment as per your insurance policy.  In addition, please ask about whether or not you need a referral from your primary care physician prior to receiving services.  Core Communication Center is not responsible for denials or insurance claims, and clients are responsible to pay for services rendered.

You may pay for your therapy services privately if we are not in network with your particular insurance plan.  For your convenience we will provide a super bill so you may seek reimbursement and we accept all forms of payment:
